BAD FAITH DENIAL OF CLAIMS BY INSURANCE COMPANIES
We successfully represented a widow who was denied payment of a life insurance benefit after her handicapped husband was killed in an automobile accident in Alaska. After extensive depositions of the company's officials in New York City, the case settled shortly before trial for many times the amount of the insurance policy.

NURSING HOME RESIDENTS
